Thanksgiving is almost here, what better way to celebrate the season with some Smack Happy Pumpkin Dip

1 package of cream cheese, softened

1 can of pumpkin puree or 2 cups of fresh pumpkin that you got hat the pumpkin patch

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1 tablespoon or orange or lemon zest.

Cream the cream cheese and pumpkin together in a large bowl.

Stir in the remaining ingredients.

Taste and adjust the sugar as desired. Chill

Serve in decorative fall bowl.

Serve with Apple wedges, fruit, or anything else that might float your boat: Crackers, Bagel, Cookies or a simple pound cake.
