Honoring Those Who Serve, Protect & Help Others

At Western Border and Co., I believe that when we have been blessed, we should find ways to bless others.

This program is my small way of saying THANK YOU to the people who have served, protected, rescued, and helped others—and to the nonprofit teams who give their time and hearts to make a difference.

My hope is that our workshops can be more than just a creative experience. I hope they can be a place to slow down, create something with your own hands, find a little peace, and perhaps experience a moment of healing and joy.

USA Vietnam Veterans & Military

I am deeply grateful to all Vietnam Veterans and members of our Military for what you have done and continue to do for our country, our families, and me.

Because of your service and sacrifice, I am able to wake up each morning and enjoy the freedom and peace that we sometimes take for granted.

If I can share even a little peace, creativity, and healing through my workshops, that would be a true blessing to me.

First Responders

To all of our First Responders—thank you for everything you do for us.

This one is especially personal to me.

In 2004, a First Responder team found and rescued my baby, my aunt, my two Siberian Huskies, and me after a head-on collision with a drunk driver on a snowy evening.

I am here today because they found us.

I believe God guided and protected those First Responders as they came to help us, and I will forever be grateful for the work they do.

That experience also became part of the beginning of my business. Creating became a way for me to heal, and Western Border and Co. grew from that journey.

Today, it would be a true blessing if something that helped bring healing and peace into my own life could bring a little peace, creativity, and joy to you.
