BRING YOUR OWN DESIGN

We will have designs and stencils available at the workshop.

If you have a tablet, you are welcome to bring it with you for reference. This is completely optional.

If you plan to freehand your own design, please have your design ideas ready before arriving at class. Due to the limited workshop time, we will not be able to search the internet for designs during the class.

ABOUT THE HATS

Our flat-brim hats are made from faux leather and measure approximately 23 inches around.

A string inside the hat allows you to adjust the fit to make it smaller if needed.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

This workshop uses a heat-burning tool.

No guests under the age of 16.

Before the workshop begins, every participant will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging the risks associated with using heat tools.

All participants are expected to use caution and follow safety instructions when operating heat tools to help ensure the safety of:

• Yourself
• Other guests
• Studio furniture
• Workshop equipment

Studio tools are provided for use during the workshop and are not available to take home.

A LITTLE NOTE ABOUT AIR & COMFORT

Because we use wood-burning tools and glue guns during the workshop, there may be a small amount of natural odor or off-gassing while the tools are being used.

We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, so we take a few extra steps to help keep the workshop air fresh:

• Masks are provided for anyone who would like to wear one while working with the tools.
•  We will have two air filtration units running during the workshop to help keep the air clean and circulating.
• We encourage everyone to follow the safety instructions provided by the workshop leader and use the tools carefully.

Our goal is to make your creative experience fun, comfortable, and safe, while giving you the opportunity to create a unique Western piece you can take home and enjoy!

FOOD & DRINKS

You are welcome to bring your own snacks, lunch, or a drink in a closed, spill-proof container.

Food and drinks may also be purchased at Terry Bison Ranch from the Food Truck or Trading Post.
