3 1/2 cups of Flour
3 cups of Sugar
1 cup Veg. Oil
2/3 cups Water
2 cups Pumpkin (from a can)
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
3/4 cup chopped nuts (if desired)
pinch of salt
12 ounces of Chocolate Chips (if desired)
Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl, saving flour for last.
Use electric mixer contents will fill 2 bread loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour – 20 minutes
Higher altitude bake for 1 hour 30-40 minutes (use 4+cups flour)
Test cake with a toothpick to see if done
