Fresh Green Bean Salad from the Garden



That your whole family will love.

1. First cook your green beans in a boiling pot of water with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Cook until they are done. (However you desire your beans to be cooked)

Salad Dressing

3 Big Spoons of Oil

2 1/2 Big Spoons of Vinegar

1/2 tsp of mustard

1/2 tsp of sugar

pinch of salt

pinch of pepper

pinch of curry

pinch of nutmeg

Cut up onions very fine and press a garlic glove in it.

Mix it all up together and mix it with the warm green beans to let it soak in.

And there you have a wonderful Green Bean Salad to eat with any kind of meal.
