Breaded Zucchini recipe a great Fall side dish


Breaded Zucchini

Just love picking fresh zucchini from the garden and breading it for one of my side dishes. It’s really simple to do and my son just loves it. It just has a great taste when you cook them in a pan this way. You can also use them as a snack with a dipping sauce.


  • Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • Zucchini (big sized)
  • seasoning (I use garlic seasoned salt) or salt and pepper
  • Bread Crumbs

Cut your Zucchini into thin slices


Then season them back and front. Get 3 bowls and put flour, bread crumbs and eggs in each bowl. (Crack your eggs and beat into the bowl). Take your zucchini and dip it into flour, eggs and last your bread crumbs.


Then gentle fry them in a frying pan with butter or oil. When they are golden brown, they are finished.
